I gained a lot from the objectives and assists. First off, the realization that I do not need drugs to be happy and content in my life. As well, they have built my curiosity with regards to the program and I am eager to start the books, sauna and so on. I enjoyed talking walks and the other objectives because they opened my mind to the "real world" without drugs.
