S. R. H., a Narconon Graduate

I apologize for not writing sooner, my life has become extremely full. I am doing great. I am now living in Edmonton with my father and my children and life just doesn’t get any better than this. I always had hope to see them again someday but never did I imagine that I would be living with them and so soon.

My days are full with parent-teacher stuff at their schools, homework, baseball games, rides to work (for the older kids), advice on how not to live their lives,

questions about their first few years, like how old they were when they took their first step, first word, potty training, you name it and they ask me.

It’s good; they feel as though they can ask me anything and they can, even advice about sex and protection and the drug-street life and jail. I am very open with them, of course age appropriate and not a lot of details because they don’t need to know that, they just need to know about learning from their mistakes, believing in themselves, and never giving up.

I also now have an incredible relationship with my dad. It’s been years. He used to close the door in my face and tell me to make an appointment to see him. Today we laugh, we work together to raise my children and I even take his bankcard to the grocery store in his van. There is trust and growth and love; my dad not only loves me but now he likes me too! So much progress it’s truly amazing.

Today I put the lessons I learned at Narconon to work in my daily life. I learned to believe in me and to love myself. I have learned that I do have value and that I am worthwhile. Today I am a functioning and productive member of society; that is something I told myself that I could never be. Never say never.

It is a very good life I have today and I am truly and forever grateful to all of you.

Thank you so very much
